Your members meet once a year and spend the other fifty-one weeks travelling past each other. Crossways turns that into a benefit you can put your name on, without a stand to staff or a thing to run.
Your members get
A group already populated with their peers, so the app is useful on the first day rather than after they've added thirty people by hand.
At the annual conference it tells them who from the membership is in town. The rest of the year it tells them who is passing through their city.
You do
Send us the roster and tell us what the group is called, who is eligible, and when it opens.
Then mention it the way you'd mention any member benefit: one email, one line in the conference programme.
We do
Set up the group, add your member list, look after your members through the event, and send you a short summary of how it went afterwards.
The first event is on us, with nothing to sign. It ends whenever you say it ends.
How membership and visibility differ
You supply the roster. The member decides who sees them.
Being on your roster makes someone eligible for the group. Being visible in it is their own decision, made in the app: to the whole membership, or only to particular people they pick from it. That distinction is why the group is comfortable to join, and it is also why it fills up.
When they renew
New members can join the group as soon as they sign up. When a membership lapses, that person comes out of the group next time you send us the list.
When they leave
The group falls away and the individual relationships they built inside it stay. People they added remain on their list.
What you see
Numbers, not names: how many members joined, how many were in the host city, and how many of them found each other there.
